Following Foals fiery release of  “What Went Down” back in 2015, now comes their new single “Exits” along with an eyegasmic music video. Prior to the band releasing “Exits”, the band stimulated even more anticipation by creating a treasure hunt along with the lyrics of the single throughout various underground exits worldwide. Fans were quick to react, collect and share what the band has in store for 2019.  The newly released single was first premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, with a short interview taking place before “Exits” set fire to the flame. The interview included a conversation about the release of their in total 20 songs that will be parted into 2 albums. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1 will be released on March 8, and Part 2 this Autumn. Yannis including comments on Part 2 having an extremely catchy groove compared to Part 1 and their deepest appreciation for their bassist Walter Gervers who parted after 12 years. Along with the band’s single, also came the list of tour dates that are scheduled prior to Part 2’s release which then leads fans to hope for a second round of tours. Foals is a band that has definitely proven to get better throughout time, both with their stage presence and production. 2019 seems to have Foals name wrapped around it’s fingers and “Exits” being only 1 of 20 songs gives us just a taste of what else the boys have in store.
